DON'T KNOW, DO TELL

Whenever the crew is asked a question they don't know the answer to, they seem to want to answer immediately or rather quickly. It makes it so that incorrect information is being shared a little too often. Usually, though not always, this tends to be corrected later on, but in the meantime, it has already been making the rounds as fact.

We are of the opinion that it should become a habit that when an answer isn't known for certain, such should always be said right away, at the very beginning of the answer. Then any speculation that follows is fine and can be taken with a grain of salt, making it so that there aren't thousands of viewers who take away the wrong information.

We have no idea why it keeps happening or how it's perceived on set. One explanation we could think of is that the live format may be adding some pressure, that if no straightforward answer is given it may seem awkward or may add dead air, as has happened a couple of times when the crew said not to be sure about something. But the show can simply move on, or the moment can be gamified and made more entertaining like with ChatGPT or by searching live which often leads to interesting other discoveries.

There is absolutely no shame in not knowing everything and having to look something up first.

We would be sharing clips, but we don't want to put anyone from the crew on blast. It has happened so many times, and with multiple crew members, that every single Discord member we asked about it said to know exactly what we meant, even without us giving any examples.
