THE MISSING BACH3LOR CHAPTER

Published: March 22, 2024

It's perfectly understandable when changes need to be made to a show, especially one with such high stakes, but it feels a little weird to us that the lovely ladies who got cut off-air didn't get a proper send-off. The way it was done also made it so that viewers not remembering all the names of the contestants had to look up whoever was left by themselves.

Those who are only invested in the BacH3lor, which could be quite a few because of the collaboration, may have been left even more confused. They could easily have missed the news altogether and may think the girls selected after the online interviews in Episode #2 are still in the race. It's only in Episode #4 that they would learn one of them got switched.

Especially with such a talented and creative crew, surely there would've been a way to make a proper announcement and a suiting video for it, be it of a chaotic behind-the-scenes meeting, a reenactment, or a skit. Maybe the files on the girls got wiped or switched around, with AI Ian psychoanalyzing the online interviews to determine Jeff's real choices. The possibilities are truly endless.

It may not be too late to do something like that for the finals, as an introduction or as a compilation wrapping up the season, or as a fully cut video release of the season afterward. It can then also be made clear if Jeff ended up sending or giving goodies to any contestant, be it pepper spray, Barbershop products, flowers, poles, or anything else.
